HIRING THE FACILITIES

Organised Group Training – Charges may apply and approval must be sought prior to the start of any activity by emailing: ashtonhsra@gmail.com– see Visitor Guidelines. Relates to 5 attendees or more and to activity/fitness services or clubs for example.

Personal Training or Fitness Services – Sessions are allowed free of charge but sessions are limited. A session is defined as having less than 5 attendees and be no longer than 90 minutes in duration, with no more than 2 sessions by a trainer in any week.

Hire of The Pavilion Room for a Private Meeting or Function

One-off meeting or party booking – £11 per hour with a minimum hire of 3 hours (The full hire charge is payable before the date of hire)

Regular meetings – £15 for 2 hour session – additional hours at £7 per hour

Community group – regular use – £8 per hour or £15 for 2 hours – additional hours at £7 per hour

Community group – one off use £10 per hour or £18 for 2 hours – additional hours at £8 per hour

Football Pitch Hire

• 11-a-side ‘Main’ Pitch £50.00 per match inc VAT
• 11-a-side ‘Main’ Pitch + Changing Rooms\Toilets £65.00 per match inc VAT
• Side Pitch £30 per match inc VAT
• Side Pitch + Changing Rooms\Toilets – please enquire

Please note:

• The Pavilion Room and Football Pitches are the only areas that can be exclusively booked. Bookings for the Pavilion Room include the use of the Playground and Car Park and Playing Field, but not exclusive use. Barbecues and Bouncy Castles are not allowed.
• Hirers will be responsible for any damage or breakages and agree to reimburse AHSRA any costs thereby incurred.
• All bookings are subject to our Terms of Hire.
